  • Do you Accept Painting Commissions?

    Currently, I am accepting commissions. Please contact me directly for pricing.

  • Do you have any original paintings for sale right now?

    All original paintings currently available can be found under the ‘Gallery’ tab.

  • Where can I see your latest work?

    Follow me @jenny_bullard_art on Instagram or on Facebook to see my latest works.

  • What medium do you use?

    I use mainly acrylic and oil on canvas.

  • I’ve bought my painting, will it come ready to hang?

    Contact me for more details on how your painting will arrive.

Print Questions.

FAQ

  • What type of prints do you create?

    I currently have six 16”x 20” prints available for purchase. The prints that will be available in the shop are Limited Edition.

  • Do you make prints of all your original paintings?

    No, only certain paintings from each collection are reproduced as a print.

  • Do the prints come framed?

    No, all prints both paper and canvas are shipped rolled in a tube and will need to be framed behind glass. Prints are made to fit standard size frames.

  • 
Do you sign your prints?

    Yes, all prints are hand-signed. Paper prints are signed, titled and numbered on the front, in the white inch border. Canvas prints are signed, titled and numbered on the back.

  • Is there added texture on the prints?

    There is no added texture on the prints, all prints have a flat, matte finish.

Shipping Questions.

FAQ

  • I have placed my order, when should I expect my artwork?

    Once you place your order it will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Delivery takes between 5-7 business days depending on where you live and is subject to local postal delays. If you need your piece in a hurry, email me at jennybullardart@gmail.com and I will do my best to accommodate you.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Not currently. I ship within the continental 48 states.

  • What if my piece gets lost or damaged?

    If you have not received your piece within 7 days of receiving your tracking number, or your piece is damaged upon arrival, please email me immediately at Jennybullardart@gmail.com

  • How much is shipping?

    Prices varies based on size and destination.

  • What is your return policy?

    I do not offer returns, all sales are final.
